Greetings!!! I am often asked the question, "How do I maintain my hairstyles while working out?" Well, here are a few options: lengthen your workout but lower your intensity. For example: If you are use to going hard in the gym, (i.e. 30 minute runs) try a 60 minute power walk to avoid drenching your head with sweat.
